Human Resource and Administration Manager   

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The office administrator/human resource manager&rsquos scope of work covers overseeing all office administrative procedures, handling all human resource functions, maintaining effective communication within the office, to ensure the smooth operation of the organization, while upholding the organization&rsquos policies and standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 3 years of experience. ·    
* Bachelor&rsquos Degree Business administration / Human Resource or in a related field is preferred. ·

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

- Assistant Sales Manager     

POSITIONS SUMMARY:  

Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for promoting sales, coordinate and maintain the activities of generating Business- to &ndash Business, while building and maintain business, customer relationships.  


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Ensuring high levels of customer&rsquos satisfaction through excellent service.
* Resolve customer complains in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Provide input into merchandising decisions to the store manager.
* Be proficient in all store technology.
* Initiate and conduct research and surveys to identify prospective customers for services & products.
* Track and review Business-to-Business customer purchases to identify trends & opportunities. 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in the similar field will be an added advantage.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills
* Strong problem solving and organizational skills & ability to multi task.
* Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisory or managerial role.
